Shipping policy

All Lund key cabinets are either Manufactured-to-order or Assembled-to-order and no items are held in stock, not even by Lund themselves.  Thus, all orders will experience a variable lead time before the unit ships.  

Cabinet Type & Estimated Lead Time based on ELKC experience working with Lund:

• Small, Medium, or Large Wall Cabinet: 2-4 business days
• Wall/Table Cabinet: 5-7 business days
  
• Deluxe Floor Model Cabinet: 7-10 business days
• Floor Drawer (4, 6, & 8 drawer models): 7-14 business days
  
• Key Tags (stand-alone order): 2-5 business days
• Wall Key Panels: 3-5 business days
• Expansion Panel Packages: 7-10 business days, depending on size of package (larger packages require longer lead times)

***Please note the above estimates are only a guideline and actual lead time could be longer or shorter - these are for reference only.  An updated lead time is generated after the manufacturer processes the order and that updated estimate will be provided to the customer as soon as it's available.  

Shipping Methods:  

Floor model cabinets: Lund Floor Model Key cabinets (Deluxe model as well as Drawer-type units) will ship via FREIGHT.  Note: it is ALWAYS best to email sales@EasyLundKeyCabinets.com to request an accurate freight quote before placing an order for your floor standing unit.  

Freight charged at checkout for Floor Model or Drawer Model cabinets is for commercial-dock-to-commercial-dock delivery with no restrictions.  A questionnaire will be submitted after purchase to determine exact freight delivery details so an accurate freight quote can be obtained.  If the quote is LOWER than the amount charged at checkout the difference will be REFUNDED to the card used to purchase.  If the quote is HIGHER the difference will be INVOICED and need to be paid BEFORE the order can be submitted for production. 

Examples of other services or charges include, but are not limited to: Lift Gate Service, Residential delivery, Restricted or Limited access, Restricted delivery times, Need to schedule delivery, High cost delivery areas (downtown metropolitan areas), Scheduled delivery time, Call-ahead required, Delivery on College Campus, and many more. Links to the freight company's service cost page (tariff page) can be provided so you can confirm ELKC is only collecting the amount of the charge and not marking it up. 

Wall model cabinets: All other Lund key cabinet models and accessories ship via UPS Ground.

ITEM RETURNS:  Returns NOT available on cabinets delivered via freight ( Deluxe Floor Model, D-Line cabinets, 4-6-8-Drawer cabinets).  Other returns are only accepted on a case by case basis and customer must call or email to request.  Returns subject to 40% restocking fee on cost of items.  Customer responsible for return ship cost.  Returns not accepted without a Return Authorization Code - contact sales@EasyLundKeyCabinets.com to inquire about a return.
